– Between 6 and 7 th round on the head place the eyebrows bone ,like 10 stitches apart in between.
-Cut a mini heart(triangle) of black felt to make the nose. Glue it or sew it between the eyes.
-Embroider the mouth (teeth)

Stuff and put Tape around the wire, 2.5 in long neck.

Add a slip stitch to the middle loop in front of V 67 at the center of the chest.
Rows:
1. Chain 2, 1 dc in the same stitch, 39 dc increases = 80 dc,Chain 3 and turn,
2. 79 dc = chain
3 + 79 sts = 80 dc
Chain 3 and turn,
3. Chain 1, skip 4 sts, 1 sl st in the 5th st,(Chain 4, skip 4 sts, 1 sl st in the 5th st) x 15 = 16 loops.
Chain 3, turn,
4. 5 dc together in the middle chain of each loop of the previous round = 16 times, ending with 1 dc in the last stitch of the row.
Chain 4, turn.
5. Skip 4 stitches and make 1 slip stitch in the 5th stitch. (Chain 4, skip 4 stitches, 1 slip stitch in the 5th stitch) x 15 = 16
Chain 3, turn.
6. 5 double crochet stitches together in the middle chain of each loop of the previous round = 16 times, finish with 1 double crochet in the last stitch of the row.
Chain 4, turn.
Continue in this way until you have 24 rows.
Repeat rows 5 and 6 until you have approximately 24 rows.
To close the top, fold it in half, and holding the two pieces together, make 1 slip stitch joining both ends.
Then chain 4, skip 4 stitches, and in the 5th stitch, make 1 slip stitch on both sides together to close.
Continue until finished.
Finish off.
SKIRT FRILLS:

1. ADD yarn on FLO on round 8th from the body, 6 ch, skip 1 sts, 1slst on next, 6 ch,skip 1, 1 slst, around x 5
